- Our signs are rentals! We will pick up the signs after 24 hours from the time we set up ( unless otherwise arranged)
- Rental prices are based on a 1-day rental.
- We usually set up the evening before the event. We can work with you if you have a specific time that you need your sign set up!
- We can add an additional day to your booking depending on availably. Contact us for pricing
- Someone at the home must know that we are coming to set up the sign! This for our safety
- Please turn off the sprinklers while our signs are up [and while we are setting up] While our signs are waterproof the sprinklers can damage the signs.
- Please reschedule all landscaping lawn services during your rental.
- While our signs may be able to withstand water. Lawn service can severely damage our sign (any damage to our signs means that we can’t continue making our friends and neighbors smile! Damaged signs and/or missing signs will have a replacement fee of $20 per sign
- Please don’t move or alter the signs after we set them up. We will return the following day to pick them up. In the meantime. If there is an issue please call us at 205-356-5578
- Severe Weather
- Our signs can withstand rain and some wind. If there is lighting at the time of set-up/pick-up, our install and/or pickup time will be delayed until it is safe for us to do so!
- If weather causes us to be unable to set-up your sign, we will work with you to reschedule your sign for the best time for you! If we can’t reschedule, we will offer a refund
